Treating the Person, Not the Label

Why I Don't List Medical Conditions
You might notice that my website doesn’t have a long list of medical diagnoses. That is intentional. In classical acupuncture, we don’t treat a label - we treat you. Two people might come to me with the exact same type of tension, but the root cause of their discomfort could be completely different. Rather than focusing on a specific disease, my goal is to look at the whole picture - your body and mind - and help restore your natural balance.
This approach also aligns with the guidelines set by the UK’s Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) and the Committee of Advertising Practice (CAP). These standards are designed to protect the public by ensuring that all health information shared online is safe, evidence-based, and transparent.
I uphold these standards because I believe the healing process has to begin with trust. While I won't ever promise a magic cure, I can promise you a space where your care is safe, profoundly supportive, and completely personalised to you.

My governing body, the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC), provides a comprehensive public library of fact sheets detailing the ongoing clinical research into acupuncture.
